All levels welcome. The intention of my teaching approach is to bring new opportunities for everyone to grow their work and expand their design thinking. I find the biggest shift in everyone’s work happens when we learn to change the WAY we work. This seems to be true for everyone from beginners to long-time sewers. It is always more dynamic to have variety as makers share in the classroom. From beginners to long time sewers, we all have varied skills, styles and intentions for how and what we create….This brings great energy of that in the studio! We will explore the relationship between commercial patterns to draping and how to use both.

I will share my favorite approaches to construction methods and how to integrate your style with new design ideas. Participants will work on the project of their choice: Some may want to focus on one…
