High Fiber Diet (HFD) is a group of fiber artists committed to advancing their art professionally and producing annual exhibits. Meetings may focus on current and upcoming exhibits, art techniques, curating, elements and principles of design, and sources of inspiration.

About the event
Each year, a new Exhibit Committee of 3 to 5 members is formed to pursue a theme for our show.. The Exhibit Committee exists for about three years. During that time, the committee members may create a theme, provide a prospectus for the exhibit, recruit independent jurors, create an exhibit catalog, gather and transport an exhibit to venues secured and scheduled by the Venue Committee. We have a smaller Boutique show geared to sales at local galleries.
Our Venue Committee develops relationships with galleries, and schedules show dates for our exhibits. Both the exhibit and venue committees provide opportunities for our member volunteers to learn valuable skills while producing a professional quality exhibit.
Date & Time
We meet from 10:30am - 12:30pm on the second Tuesday of February, April, May, July, October, and November. Check the CFG Calendar for the specific date.
