Ann will show quilts made since 2020. These are organized into categories: how the design ideas emerged and how they relate to previous and potential future work. Many of these quilts are made from fabrics she dyed long ago.  Each of them reflects a mood, a motion, a preference that Ann had in that particular moment. Many of her favorites were from her demonstrations in workshops when she was thinking only about how to teach the technique. In her studio, she was often exploring color palettes and practicing techniques for new work. All the extras went on the shelf: some were too precious to cut, others saved even though she thought she would have no use for them--ever. She is glad she saved them.
